Alexander's extensive background includes roles such as Group Chief Technology Officer at Emirates Group and Group Chief Product & Technology Officer at Adevinta. His expertise will be pivotal as Virgin Atlantic aims to leverage technology and AI to improve customer experience, operational excellence, and revenue opportunities. The airline has recently launched a new app integrating with Virgin Atlantic Concierge, an AI-powered travel planning companion.
