Westin Resort Nusa Dua unveils new wellness facilities

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, has launched a series of new wellness facilities and experiences, enhancing its reputation as a leading wellness destination. From 1 April 2026, guests can enjoy a revitalised Spin Studio, a Hot Yoga Sanctuary, a Reformer Pilates Studio, and a beachfront Ice Bath experience, all designed to promote holistic wellbeing.

The Reformer Pilates Studio offers a space for mindful movement, focusing on core stability, posture, and overall body awareness. This facility aims to improve core strength, flexibility, and muscular balance through resistance-based training. Meanwhile, the Spin Studio provides high-energy RPM sessions to build endurance and cardiovascular strength.

The Hot Yoga Sanctuary invites guests to engage in restorative practices, offering sessions like Hot Pilates and Hot Ashtanga Yoga. These activities are designed to release tension and improve flexibility. The beachfront Ice Bath provides a unique recovery ritual, helping to reduce muscle tension and inflammation whilst enhancing mental resilience.

Complementing these facilities, the resort has introduced a Wellness Day Pass. This pass grants access to all group wellness activities, complimentary resort activities, and thermal facilities at the Heavenly Spa by Westin. It also includes dining credits and discounts on spa treatments and selected wellness activities.

General Manager Sander Looijen emphasised the resort's commitment to wellbeing, stating, "With the introduction of our new facilities, we are creating more opportunities for our guests to prioritise their wellbeing in a way that feels both inspiring and accessible." The initiative is supported by Dr Jitendra Pokhriyal, who underscores the importance of integrating movement, recovery, and sleep into a balanced lifestyle
