YOTEL, the global hospitality brand renowned for its tech-driven hotels, is set to open its first Thai property, YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit, on 15 October 2026. Situated in the newly developed Cloud 11 in Bangkok's South Sukhumvit district, the hotel will feature 250 rooms and offer seamless connectivity and modern amenities.

The hotel is part of Cloud 11, a creative hub that opened in July 2026, designed to boost Thailand's creative economy. This development includes professional studios, galleries, and event spaces, aiming to foster collaboration across various creative industries. Backed by an investment exceeding $570 million (THB 20 billion), Cloud 11 is poised to become a central hub for creators in fields such as music, film, and art.

YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit will feature the brand's signature SmartBeds™, self-service check-in stations, and super-fast WiFi. Guests can enjoy views of the city or the rooftop park, with room options ranging from Premium Queen to First Class King. Additional amenities include a gym, an outdoor pool, and dining options like Komyuniti and the soon-to-open rooftop bar, Fatty’s.

The hotel is conveniently connected to Bangkok's BTS Skytrain, providing easy access to key city locations. "Bangkok is a vibrant business hub attracting global entrepreneurs," said Phil Andreopoulos, CEO of YOTEL. "Our location in Cloud 11 makes it ideal for our brand's debut in Thailand."
