Virgin Voyages has announced a series of new dining experiences across its fleet and at the Beach Club at Bimini, featuring collaborations with renowned chefs Rashida Holmes and Brad Farmerie. The cruise line aims to enhance its culinary offerings with new menus designed to attract both new and returning guests.
Chef Rashida Holmes, known for her Los Angeles-based Bridgetown Roti, has crafted a Caribbean-inspired menu for the Beach Club at Bimini. Her offerings include Curry Chicken Roti, Snapper Patties, and Tamarind BBQ Skewers, drawing from her Barbadian and Trinidadian roots. Holmes expressed her excitement, stating, “Giving them a taste of what I grew up eating...is how I express that joy.”
The Wake, Virgin Voyages' signature steakhouse, has also revamped its brunch and dinner menus with the help of Michelin-starred chef Brad Farmerie. New additions include Waldorf Salad, Tuna Tartare, and expanded seafood options like Grilled Swordfish. The Dock, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, now offers shareable dishes such as Jewelled Tabbouleh and Turkish Devilled Eggs.
These culinary updates are part of Virgin Voyages' ongoing investment in its dining experiences, with more than 20 eateries included in the voyage fare. SJ Walker, UK Market Director, highlighted the appeal for travel agents, noting the absence of speciality dining supplements and the allure of world-class chef collaborations.
The refreshed menus are available now, with the new Caribbean menu rolling out across the fleet from October through April 2027. Virgin Voyages continues to set itself apart with its commitment to exceptional dining experiences.
