The new properties, expected to open between 2026 and 2028, include the Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Future Science City, Guangzhou Huangpu Luogang Science City, Chengdu Tianfu Square Centre, Lushan Scenic Area, and Yichun Mingyueshan Wenquan Road. These hotels will cater to both business and leisure travellers, offering convenient access to key industrial zones, cultural attractions, and scenic landscapes.

Nong Xia, president of development for Greater China and Mongolia at Hilton, stated, "Over the past decade, Hilton Garden Inn has built a strong presence in China through localised innovation, earning the trust of owners and the market." The brand's Gen A prototype, tailored for the Chinese market, has enhanced its design and functionality to meet modern travellers' needs, setting a new benchmark for upscale hospitality.
