Taiwan Tourism Administration (TTA) is set to captivate Singapore travellers at the NATAS Holidays 2026 with its Taiwan Pavilion, running from 21 to 23 August at Singapore EXPO. The pavilion aims to offer personalised travel inspiration, showcasing Taiwan's rich offerings in food, culture, nature, wellness, and family-friendly experiences.
As travel becomes more tailored, with 38% of Singaporeans planning family trips and 42% interested in exploring local supermarkets abroad, Taiwan emerges as an ideal short-haul destination. Paul Shih, Director of TTA Singapore Office, emphasised Taiwan's evolving appeal, stating, "Our aim is not only to introduce what is new but to help travellers shape a Taiwan holiday around their own interests."
The pavilion will feature a variety of activities, including performances by the Taiwan Acrobatic Troupe and immersive workshops like the "Taste of Taiwan" coffee experience. Visitors can also engage in hands-on crafts, such as creating wool felt replicas of Taiwanese breakfast classics, reflecting Taiwan's cultural and creative spirit.
This initiative aligns with Taiwan's "Waves of Wonder" slogan, promoting purposeful travel and sustainable tourism. The pavilion will also highlight the 2026–2027 Taiwan Tourism 100 Spotlights, encouraging exploration of Taiwan's diverse landscapes and communities.
The Taiwan Pavilion at NATAS Holidays 2026 promises to be a hub of inspiration, offering Singaporeans a chance to plan their ideal Taiwan getaway
