Yanolja, a global travel technology firm, has announced the worldwide launch of its AI concierge solution, developed by its subsidiary Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS). Following a successful trial in over 1,000 hotels in India, the AI concierge will now be rolled out in Thailand, the United States, Malaysia, and Africa. This innovation aims to streamline hotel operations and improve guest experiences by automating routine tasks.
The AI concierge, designed specifically for hotel operations, employs a multi-agent architecture with eight specialised AI agents. These agents handle core functions such as guest communications, reservations, check-in and check-out, housekeeping, room service, payments, and upselling. By integrating directly with the YCS Property Management System, the solution accesses real-time reservation and room availability data, enabling it to execute tasks efficiently.
Guests can interact with the AI concierge via WhatsApp or a web-based Guest Portal to manage reservations, complete digital check-ins, request services, and make payments. If human intervention is required, the system seamlessly transfers conversations to hotel staff in real time.
Aeijaz Sodawala, CEO of Yanolja Cloud Solution, stated, "Our AI concierge brings together specialised AI agents, real-time operational data, and deep hospitality expertise to simplify daily operations, empower hotel staff, and deliver more seamless guest experiences."
Yanolja Cloud Solution, trusted by over 33,000 hospitality businesses in 170 countries, continues to innovate in the hospitality sector, aiming to make travel smarter and more connected. The company's platform supports over 574,000 rooms daily, offering integrated solutions for hotel operations, distribution, direct bookings, payments, and guest engagement
