AccorHotels has launched a new nationwide campaign targeting UK agents and planners aiming to increase the number of meeting and event bookings made throughout 2017 with prizes including a luxury trip for two to Phuket, Thailand.
The new themed campaign kicked off on the 22nd March with the UK Global & National sales team and sales colleagues from various UK hotels visiting more than 150 of their key M&E partners around the country.
The team will be dressed as their favourite Star Wars characters and agents will be given the opportunity to sign up to the campaign and win some spot prizes including weekend breaks and virtual reality glasses.
Each month clients can earn themselves some “out of this world” experiences. Prizes include the chance to “name your own star”, theatre tickets to see the latest sci-fi film and visits to planetariums and science museums with stays in AccorHotels hotels around the country.

How Star Wins works:
Book and confirm a meeting or event at a participating AccorHotels hotel between 24th February 2017 and 24th November 2017 to take place before 31st January 2018 and you’ll have a chance to enter the prize draw.

For every £500/€500 spent at economy hotels (excluding ibis Budget) and £1,000/€1,000 spent at mid-scale and luxury properties, agents are granted a “Star” and entered into a monthly prize draw
Once five stars have been amassed, agents will be given one entry into the grand prize draw to win the ultimate prize of a holiday to Phuket Thailand including economy flights and 5 nights accommodation at the luxury Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach in Thailand
All meeting bookings will be verified with the individual hotel to confirm validity before prize draw entries are confirmed
