Sun Communities, the current US-based owner, has agreed to sell all UK assets to Aermont, pending regulatory and governance approvals, with completion expected in the latter half of 2026.
Under Sun Communities' ownership since 2022, Park Holidays UK expanded from 42 to 56 parks, focusing on high standards for holiday home owners and guests, earning multiple awards. The company, which also manages Park Leisure, plans further expansion whilst maintaining quality.
