Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore has partnered with local wellness brand Luli to launch an innovative afternoon tea experience, integrating AI-powered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) assessments.
Starting July 2026, guests at The Lobby Lounge will receive personalised herbal tea recommendations based on a complimentary AI-driven TCM assessment, marking the first such integration in Singapore.
The experience, powered by Luli's Aiteaic platform, begins with a tongue scan that identifies individual wellness profiles like Qi Deficiency or Yin Deficiency in under 30 seconds. Guests are then offered a herbal tea brewed using Aiteaic's nanobubble high-pressure extraction technology, preserving up to 97% of the herbs' active compounds. This technology ensures a smooth flavour profile, enhancing the therapeutic potential of the tea.
The personalised tea is complemented by a wellness-inspired afternoon tea menu, featuring creations such as Ginseng Infused Chocolate and Chrysanthemum Chantilly. Guests can also opt for personalised wellness mocktails or low-alcohol cocktails, further tailored to their AI assessment results.
Andrew Tan, General Manager of Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, stated, "This collaboration with Luli allows us to introduce a new dimension of personalised wellness that is both engaging and accessible."
The initiative reflects a growing consumer interest in experiences that balance indulgence with wellbeing, transforming the traditional afternoon tea into a personalised wellness journey. Available daily from 3.00pm to 5.00pm, the experience is priced at $50 (S$68++) per set for two persons, with additional options for mocktails and cocktails
