AIA HYROX Singapore hosts first four-day race weekend

AIA HYROX Singapore will return to Singapore Expo from 26 to 29 November 2026. The event will mark the city’s first four-day HYROX race weekend. It will welcome more than 18,500 competitors from 92 nationalities, making it one of Singapore’s largest HYROX races. The event will also introduce AIA HYROX Youngstars Singapore for athletes aged eight to 15.

The race forms part of the qualifying season for the PUMA HYROX World Championships 2027, scheduled for Hong Kong in June 2027. This year’s Singapore event will feature 32 adaptive racers, up from five previously. More than 10,000 participants will compete for the first time, reflecting the sport’s growing appeal.

William Petty, Regional Events Manager for S.E.A. at HYROX APAC, welcomed the expansion. “We’re excited to host our first-ever four-day race to Singapore, reflecting the continued growth of HYROX across the nation,” he said.

The event will also feature the HYROX Social Hub, a festival-style area with food, entertainment and recovery facilities for athletes and spectators.

Wong Sze Keed, CEO of AIA Singapore, highlighted the importance of the Youngstars division. “By giving youths aged 8 to 15 an inclusive platform to challenge themselves, build resilience, and discover the joy of fitness, we are fostering a lifelong love for wellness,” she said.

The Singapore event will give athletes an opportunity to qualify for the World Championships. It also strengthens HYROX’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region.
