Antigua and Barbuda are gearing up for the much-anticipated return of Antigua Carnival, set to take place from 25 July to 4 August 2026.
Under the theme "Feel the Rhythm," the festival promises eleven days of vibrant culture, music, and revelry, transforming the islands into a lively celebration of Caribbean heritage.
The festival will feature an impressive line-up of performers, including Machel Montano, Patrice Roberts, Skinny Fabulous, Voice, and Muddy. A highlight of the event will be the "Face Off" between Antigua's Burning Flames and Dominica's Triple K International, a showdown that has already sparked excitement across the islands.
Ambassador Elizabeth Makhoul, Chair of the Antigua and Barbuda Festivals Commission, emphasised the festival's cultural significance, stating, "Antigua Carnival 2026 invites the world to ‘Feel the Rhythm’ as we host the Caribbean’s Greatest Summer Festival." The event will showcase the energetic performances of steelpan, soca, calypso, and mas, offering visitors an authentic Caribbean experience.

The carnival will include signature events such as the T-Shirt Mas, Junior Carnival, and the Parade of the Bands.
