Centara Hotels & Resorts has announced the launch of Centara Reserve Krabi, its second property under the luxury Reserve brand, set to open in December 2026. This development is part of Centara's strategy to strengthen its position in the luxury hospitality sector and support Krabi's emergence as a top luxury destination in Asia.

Centara Reserve Krabi will feature 120 elegantly designed rooms, suites, and pool villas, ranging from 75 to 388 square metres. Located at Pai Plong Bay, the resort will offer lagoon pools, the Reserve Spa Cenvaree, and three restaurants and bars, including the Salt Society Beach Bar & Kitchen. The resort aims to provide personalised service and immersive local experiences, with dedicated Reserve Hosts curating bespoke itineraries for guests.

Michael Henssler, Chief Operating Officer of Centara Hotels & Resorts, stated, “Through Centara Reserve, we are redefining modern Thai luxury by bringing together experience-led travel, cultural authenticity, and a genuine sense of place.”

The launch follows the success of Centara Reserve Samui, which opened in December 2021 and has since earned 28 international awards. The Samui resort recorded a 7.5% year-on-year revenue increase in 2025, demonstrating the commercial success of Centara's luxury strategy.

Centara plans to expand the Reserve brand into other iconic destinations across Thailand and internationally, with potential locations including Bangkok, Japan, and Europe. This expansion reflects a growing demand for authentic, experience-led luxury travel
