Bespoke Hotels has partnered with Aven Hospitality to strengthen reservations and distribution across its UK portfolio. The collaboration will use Aven Hospitality's SynXis platform to centralise reservations, expand distribution and improve direct booking capabilities across Bespoke Hotels' 58 properties, which comprise 3,350 rooms.
The agreement also covers digital marketing and retailing solutions to attract more qualified demand and increase direct bookings. These services will support the operational needs and individual character of each independently owned hotel in the collection.
"Our partnership with Aven Hospitality will help us strengthen distribution, make it easier for guests to book directly, and create more opportunities for our hotels to grow," said Thomas Greenall, CEO of Bespoke Hotels.
Bespoke Hotels will use Aven Hospitality's range of services, including the SynXis Central Reservation System, Booking Engine, GDS Distribution, Retailing and Digital Marketing. The tools aim to streamline operations, improve access to corporate travellers and travel agencies, and strengthen merchandising and digital customer acquisition.
Claudine Gardner, Head of Commercial EMEA at Aven Hospitality, said technology helps independent hotel groups compete more effectively. "By unifying direct and indirect distribution backed by the power of SynXis CRS, we're helping Bespoke Hotels centralise management, strengthen performance, and create new opportunities for growth," she said.
The partnership represents an investment in the guest booking experience and the long-term commercial performance of Bespoke Hotels' portfolio.
