The Platform for Meaningful Business Exchange

CIMX places a strong emphasis on meaningful and structured business engagement. Its hosted and trade buyer program with business matching system is designed to facilitate targeted conversations between buyers and suppliers through pre-arranged meetings, helping participants make better use of their time and identify potential partners aligned with their business scope and needs.
For exhibitors, CIMX provides a platform to showcase their offerings to relevant decision-makers, build relationships with prospective clients and explore new business opportunities. For buyers, the show offers direct access to a diverse range of destinations, venues, services and solutions, helping them identify potential partners and explore ideas for future meetings, incentive programs and corporate events.
“As China’s MICE market further grows and matures, its impact will increasingly be measured by the quality of experiences and the business value they deliver. China’s role in the global MICE value chain is evolving—as a source of demand, a host for international events and a contributor of expertise and innovation,” said Nikolaos Swoch, Director of CIMX. “Our ambition with CIMX is to accompany and support that evolution: to give China’s capabilities greater international visibility, while ensuring that understanding, knowledge and opportunity flow in either direction.”
A Conference for Exploring the Future of MICE
The CIMX Conference complements the marketplace with a program focused on professional development, industry trends and forward-looking discussions. Developed in collaboration with leading organizations, senior experts and experienced practitioners, the program spans six conference tracks, 40 topics and 120 speakers, covering key trends and challenges shaping incentive travel, meetings, event design, corporate decision-making, technology and innovation.
