Loligo takes its name from a type of squid native to Hua Hin bay and a popular local delicacy. Attracted to the moonlight, the squid swim to the surface where they’re are caught by fishermen. With a delicious fresh flavor and a distinctly local character, we think they’re the perfect mascot for our resort.
