Sajwan has been part of Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad since its pre-opening in May 2026. His extensive career includes roles at prestigious hospitality brands such as Marriott International, The Venetian Macao, and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts. Notably, he introduced authentic Indian cuisine at the Michelin-starred Golden Peacock restaurant in Macau.

In his new position, Sajwan will oversee the hotel's culinary operations, aiming to develop a distinctive culinary identity whilst maintaining high standards in kitchen operations and talent development.
