CV Villas unveils 60 new luxury properties for 2026

CV Villas has announced the addition of 60 new luxury villas to its portfolio for 2026, catering to the growing demand for private, spacious, and hassle-free group and family holidays. The new properties are located in popular European destinations, including Mallorca, the Algarve, Puglia, the Bay of Cannes, Corfu, and Montenegro, which is a new addition for 2025.

The expansion aligns with the trend towards experience-led stays, with CV Villas' concierge teams offering services such as private chef-led dining, local cooking classes, and bespoke guided excursions. This allows guests to enjoy authentic experiences whilst staying in the comfort of a private villa.

The new villas cater to various holiday styles, from sleek coastal retreats for couples to spacious family-friendly homes. Many of these properties are part of CV Villas' ABOVE Collection, featuring fully staffed, high-end homes with hotel-style facilities.

Booking data for 2026 indicates a shift towards shoulder-season travel, with a 30% increase in bookings for June and October, and a 21% rise in September. This trend has prompted CV Villas to ensure excellent availability from February to November, particularly in destinations like Puglia, Montenegro, France, and Corfu.

Managing Director Pete Brudenell commented, "The addition of these new properties to CV Villas' collection marks an exciting development to our portfolio across both iconic and emerging destinations. The additions allow us to meet growing demand for space, privacy, and exceptional service."

With these new offerings, CV Villas aims to provide travellers with more choices for their 2026 holidays and beyond.
