TDM AWARDS - NOMINATE NOW!

Dailypoint, a leading Central Data Platform for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and loyalty in the hospitality sector, has announced the addition of two new properties to its global portfolio. Now Now NoHo, New York City's first sleeper cabin hotel, and Carimar Beach Club, a villa hotel in Anguilla, are set to implement Dailypoint’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.

Now Now NoHo, designed for solo travellers, will utilise Dailypoint’s Campaign Manager, Message Centre, and Loyalty Programme solutions. These tools aim to consolidate guest information, enabling targeted and automated communications, and moving away from generic mass mailings. "Now Now NoHo and Carimar Beach Club can now use Dailypoint’s powerful Customer Data Platform to turn guest data into more relevant communication, stronger loyalty, and measurable value," said Michael Toedt, CEO and Founder of Dailypoint.

Carimar Beach Club, located on Meads Bay Beach, is Dailypoint’s first client in Anguilla. The resort will employ Dailypoint’s CRM and email marketing solutions to create a single Central Profile for guests. This will allow for personalised communications based on booking history and preferences, ultimately driving repeat stays and revenue.

Both hotels will benefit from a real-time, two-way integration with Stayntouch, their Property Management System (PMS). This integration will ensure accurate and up-to-date guest records, reducing manual data management and improving data quality.

Dailypoint, recently named the top Hotel CRM & Email Marketing Solution at the 2026 HotelTechAwards, continues to expand its reach, having recently partnered with Serena Hotels, Mirror Lake Inn, and Motel One
