Essential Detail, a UK-based representation company for boutique Caribbean hotels, recently concluded a four-day roadshow aimed at promoting its portfolio of luxury properties and unique experiences across the Caribbean. The event, themed ‘Crafting Tomorrow’s Caribbean’, took place from 13 to 15 July and attracted 105 travel agents and professionals.

The roadshow featured presentations from several notable Caribbean properties, including Saint Lucia’s East Winds and Rabot Hotel from Hotel Chocolat, Jamaica Inn, Barbados’ South Point Hotel, The Atlantic Historic Inn, Little Good Harbour, and Young Island in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Each presentation highlighted the unique selling points and latest developments of the destinations and properties.

Tracey Dyson, Director of Essential Detail, expressed her satisfaction with the turnout, stating, “We were delighted to welcome so many valued travel partners to this year’s roadshow. These events were all about bringing travel professionals together and helping agents sell the Caribbean by sharing the latest destination news, developments, and experiences.”

The roadshow also included engaging activities such as a chocolate experience at Hotel Chocolat in Manchester, Caribbean barbecues at The Mutton at Hazeley Heath and Tewinbury Farm Hotel, a big screen viewing of England versus Argentina, and a social gathering at the Everyman Cinema in Birmingham.
