Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Team Manager (ATM) in our busy Corporate Traveller office. The position comes with an established, busy portfolio. In addition to consultant responsibilities you will provide support, additional leadership and mediation to the team manager and team members whilst creating, supporting and driving the strategy of the team. In the absence of the team manager the ATM is able to efficiently run all aspects of the business, and is responsible for team performance during that time.

Operations – Service clients exceptionally, MI excellence, Manage and reduce service failures, Meet and exceed targets, Follow our One Best Way, Retain and grow client base
People Development – Individual and team development, Team motivation and morale
Business Development – Business retention and growth, Effective internal communication, Effective client communication, Seamless business implementation
Competencies:
Target Driven – Motivated by exceeding goals and targets individually and in the team.
Lead by example – Demonstrate a positive attitude, motivation and adherence to our OBW. Lead by example in behaviour, attitude and results.
Multi-tasking – Able to manage time effectively in order to complete all tasks in a timely manner, maximising productivity
Product knowledge – Superior knowledge of all products and systems and the desire to continue learning
Communication skills – 
Able to nurture and develop your team and adapt to their needs to ensure the best results. Be approachable and an attentive listener.

Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a consultant in FCTG – Essential
A successful track record of performance – Essential
Leadership Level 1 / ATM Training – Desirable
Positive and open-minded attitude – Essential
Willingness to adapt – Essential
Leadership / Coaching capabilities – Essential
