An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Team Manager (ATM) in our busy Corporate Traveller office. The position comes with an established, busy portfolio. In addition to consultant responsibilities you will provide support, additional leadership and mediation to the team manager and team members whilst creating, supporting and driving the strategy of the team. In the absence of the team manager the ATM is able to efficiently run all aspects of the business, and is responsible for team performance during that time.

Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a consultant in FCTG – Essential
A successful track record of performance – Essential
Leadership Level 1 / ATM Training – Desirable
Positive and open-minded attitude – Essential
Willingness to adapt – Essential
Leadership / Coaching capabilities – Essential
