The jobholder assists the Operations Department to ensure the smooth operations of the nursing home.
To attend to all service requests on a daily basis and perform:
– Hands-on troubleshooting of M&E, infrastructure, engineering and building services related faults.
– Assigned maintenance / repair / rectification work orders.
– Day to day routine inspection, data logging, corrective and preventive maintenance on facilities and systems.
– Assist in all procurement process according to finance and procurement
– guidelines and managing Medical Supplies Storeroom and its inventory.
– Liaising, managing and supervising suppliers and vendors for constructions/renovation, services, maintenance or repair and assisting with related procurement.
– Assist immediate supervisor on all monitoring of all service contracts to ensure all services are professionally delivered.
– Ensure quality standards in all operational needs of the Nursing Home.
– To report to supervisor on all operational and management matters.
– Working with Nursing Department on their procurement needs and ward stock supplies.
– Assist Facility Team in visitor / donor management and emergency preparedness duties, when necessary.
– Co-odination of laundry services.
– Any other relevant work as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS :
– Diploma/Certificate in a related field is preferred.
– Basic Supply Chain / Procurement knowledge and technical skills preferred.
– Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure.
– Enthusiastic and passion for value-adding to elderly lives and client Interaction.
– This is a junior position. Entry level are welcome too.
