Job Description :
• Assists the Assistant Chief Stewarding in daily operation and administration needs
• Conducts briefing to stewards and deploy them accordingly
• Assists in doing up weekly roster and attendance verification
• Monitors closely on breakages/ damage of crockery and forwards necessary reports and recommendations
• Manage all costing and prepare weekend report, labour costing and equipment costing for Profit & Loss, breakages report for HOD.
• Conduct daily briefing and attend Food & Beverage meetings.
• Follow up closely with kitchen maintenance schedule
• Conducts training to all stewards/ stewardess, contractors and monitor their performance
• Prepares and submit Casual Labour reports and all other Stewarding reports
• Follow up closely on daily cleaning checklist schedules
• Work closely with Kitchen and F&B Service staff to meet their requirement
• To practice safe work procedures and report and hazards to the Manager
• Work with Pest Control company to ensure monitoring and control measures are in place
Job Specification :
• Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
• Process in Food Safety & Hygiene, Fire Safety compliance certifications are added advantage
• Other existing and/or new Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ)
• Ability to perform shift work and work under pressure
