Job Responsibilities:
• Provide professional hair style consultation and services to our clients
• Understand and assist clients’ with best suggestions on hair cutting, trimming or treatments
• Promote and perform different types of hair treatments to meet each individual objectives
• Recommend and up – sell suitable hair products / hair treatments to suit customers’ hair needs
• Manage salon stock orders, inventory and maintain salon equipment’s, housekeeping when necessary
• Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required
Job Requirements:
• Possess any professional diplomas / certifications or qualifications relating to hair styling
• With at least 1-2 years of hands-on working experiences in hair styling
• Sound knowledge in hair products and handling salon equipment’s will be an added advantage
• Ability to build, strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Strong selling skills and ability to meet sales target
• Well groomed, responsible, able to adapt and work as a team
• Willing to work retail hours
