Frank Jaffé has been appointed as the Senior Vice President of SITA Global Services (SGS), effective from 1 June 2026. SGS is responsible for ensuring seamless operations for airlines and airports worldwide, supporting over 2,500 customers with 24/7 service command centres located in Montreal, Singapore, and Cairo.
Jaffé, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Odigo, will lead a team of more than 1,700 service professionals and field engineers from his base in Geneva. His extensive experience includes roles at Amadeus, where he improved efficiency and service quality across 55 sites with a team of over 900 people. Jaffé's focus at SITA will be on strengthening service quality, simplifying delivery, and supporting customer growth.
SITA Global Services plays a crucial role in managing large-scale events, such as the Paris Olympics and the annual Hajj, by providing round-the-clock support. The team is also preparing for the upcoming Hajj 2026 and the FIFA World Cup. David Lavorel, CEO of SITA, praised Jaffé's appointment, stating, "Frank will make it stronger still."
Jaffé emphasised the importance of resilience in managed services, stating, "Technology only matters when it keeps running, and that takes more than good software. It takes skilled people, supported by centralised, AI-powered operations." His leadership is expected to enhance SITA's ability to deliver reliable services across more than 300 airports in over 100 countries
