Garrya Mù Cang Chải has unveiled Vietnam's first All-Wellness Inclusive Package, a comprehensive retreat designed to promote healthy longevity through evidence-based wellness practices.
Located in Northern Vietnam, the resort offers a unique blend of adventure, nature, and wellbeing, set against the stunning backdrop of Vietnam's National Heritage Site.
The All-Wellness Inclusive Package is built around the philosophy of "Well Ageing – Live Longer, Live Healthier," incorporating Banyan Group's eight pillars of holistic wellbeing: Rest, Nourishment, Movement, Connection, Growth, Groundedness, Practice, and Mindfulness. Guests begin their journey with a personalised Digital Wellbeing Assessment, which informs tailored nutrition and recovery programmes. Advanced recovery technologies, such as HRV biofeedback and hydrotherapy, are also part of the offering.
Complementing the wellness package, Garrya Mù Cang Chải provides three signature trekking experiences. These treks, complimentary for all guests, include the Nam Kim Stream Trek, Mam Xoi Hill Trek, and Mini Mam Xoi Trek, each offering varying levels of immersion into the local landscape and culture. "Our trekking experiences are designed not simply to showcase the beauty of Mù Cang Chải, but to encourage a slower, more mindful way of exploring its landscapes," said Thinh Phan, General Manager of Garrya Mù Cang Chải.
In October 2026, the resort will host the Mù Cang Chải Ultra Trail, further integrating wellness with adventure travel. Garrya Mù Cang Chải aims to redefine mountain wellness in Vietnam, offering a pioneering blend of adventure and evidence-based wellbeing
