The opening of Hotel101-Niseko is part of DoubleDragon's broader strategy to expand its Hotel101 brand internationally. Following the successful launch of Hotel101-Madrid in March 2026, which achieved a record single-day occupancy rate, the company aims to generate recurring revenue in Japanese Yen from its new venture in Niseko. This expansion aligns with Hotel101 Global's vision of establishing one million uniform rooms across 100 countries.
