HRS obtains Oracle Hospitality support rights in China

HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems continue their global expansion by opening in China, the largest market in the Asia-Pacific region. HRS began its operations reselling Oracle Hospitality solutions in China in 2019, and now, after obtaining support rights from Oracle, it is authorised to provide support services to new and existing customers in the country.

With over thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry, HRS has more than 550 employees located in 76 different countries looking after nearly 3000 international hotels. Major international chains, regional groups, and independents all look to HRS, Oracle’s hospitality platinum partner worldwide, to handle their properties.

Steven Lee, managing director for Asia-Pacific in HRS said: “In recent months we have almost doubled our service delivery team in this country, creating an infrastructure that will allow us to support up to 1500 customers. This will be one of the largest and most experienced Oracle Hospitality teams in the world, ready to transition new or existing clients onto our support platform.”

With its first office now open in Shanghai, shortly to be followed by Beijing and Guangzhou, the HRS China service delivery can offer customers the same level of expertise and service quality that is available to customers at all the other HRS offices across the globe.
