Already well established as one of Singapore’s best 5-star hotels and a favourite choice among hotels near the Singapore River, InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is giving even more reason to stay as it celebrates the InterContinental brand's 80th anniversary.
With its Unlocking a World Beyond the Quay anniversary campaign, the hotel is inviting guests to experience travel ‘as it was always meant to be: immersive, cultural, and deeply personal’. Anchored in InterContinental’s global Doors Unlocked initiative, the campaign reimagines luxury hospitality through three distinct lenses - Local Doors, Global Doors and Personal Doors - and promises guests experiences that extend far beyond the stay.
Nestled along the Singapore River in the buzzing Robertson Quay area and with easy access to Orchard Road, Marina Bay and Clarke Quay via the MRT, InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay’s campaign offers a luxury weekend staycation with curated experiences, local collaborations and exclusive moments of discovery designed for the culturally curious traveller. And the chance to win a memorable stay at InterContinental hotels around the world.

Local Doors: Rediscovering Singapore, Intimately
At the heart of the campaign is the Anniversary Weekend Stay Package, which is available for stays from now until 27 December 2026 (bookings can be made up to 24 December 2026). Designed to unlock the hidden narratives of Singapore, the luxury stay at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is perfect for weekend getaways and couples’ escapes and includes limited-time anniversary perks plus entry into the Anniversary Lucky Draw for a luxury global stay.
Guests are welcomed on arrival with ‘Silk and Spice’, an exclusive artisanal chocolate creation developed together with Singaporean bean-to-bar chocolatier Fossa Chocolate. Fossa crafts its chocolate as an exploration of origin, culture and taste; it uses carefully sourced cacao and infuses this with flavours inspired by Asia’s rich culinary heritage. The ‘Silk and Spice’ creation is a tribute to the Singapore River’s storied past as a conduit of spice and silk trade.
The memorable package continues with a Concierge Guidebook curated by Chef Concierge Deborah de Costa. This unveils eight hidden gems across the city that guests can discover for themselves, each selected for its cultural nuance and local resonance. Also included is a complimentary off-menu cocktail experience at CODA, the avant-garde cocktail bar located on the hotel’s second floor that’s redefining Singapore nightlife with cocktail artistry that celebrates Asia’s liquid heritage.
The Anniversary Weekend Stay Package also provides guests with complimentary use of the hotel’s Tokyo bikes to explore the fascinating Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay and Singapore River area. As well as complimentary use of the 24-hour Fitness Studio and outdoor swimming pool, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Local Doors: A Living Cultural Venue Along The River
The Unlocking a World Beyond the Quay campaign extends beyond the hotel room, with InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay partaking in a special lineup of arts and heritage-led activities over the coming months.
Reinforcing the hotel’s role as a living cultural venue, a series of workshops and experiences will be available to guests this July, October and December. Held in collaboration with Singapore programming studio Fourthspace, each of these offers a distinct theme and reimagines cultural discovery in new forms.
First in the series is a wine appreciation workshop at the hotel on 18 July, entitled Hidden Pairings: A Hawker & Wine Discovery. Hosted by The Amphora Project, this delightful occasion promises plenty of surprising flavour combinations as it pairs artisanal central European wines with local hawker favourites for a fresh perspective on the city’s rich culinary culture.

InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is also the exclusive hospitality partner for the Singapore River edition of MONOPOLY: HIDDEN Singapore. This playable city adventure turns the iconic riverside into a living Monopoly board, and allows hotel guests to explore the area through a gamified lens. The hotel’s concierge is more than happy to provide more information and to help arrange tickets.
The full trail runs from Boat Quay to Clarke Quay, with hidden stories and forgotten histories to discover along the way as well as surprise rewards to unlock. It’s self-guided via WhatsApp (no additional app is needed) and takes between 90 to 120 minutes to complete. Or longer of course, for those who really want to take their time exploring.
Global Doors: A Passport To The World
In true InterContinental spirit, the Unlocking a World Beyond the Quay campaign also extends beyond Singapore. When guests book an Anniversary Weekend Stay Package they are automatically entered into the Anniversary Lucky Draw for the chance to win a two-night luxury stay at one of 10 InterContinental hotels worldwide, including daily breakfast for two and a local cultural activity.
Ten winners will be drawn across two dates - four winners on 31 July 2026 and six winners on 28 December 2026.

Personal Doors: A Tribute To Craft And Place
As a further celebration of Robertson Quay’s rich heritage and cosmopolitan buzz, InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay commissioned local lifestyle brand Binary Style to create a bespoke print titled ‘The Quay Tapestry’.
Unveiled just recently, the print is inspired by Robertson Quay’s storied history, contemporary spirit and creative energy. Each detail in the design reflects a story and a perspective unique to this vibrant riverside neighbourhood. The print is being integrated throughout the hotel - from in-room touchpoints and amenities to limited edition merchandise - to serve as a tangible expression of what is one of Singapore’s most fascinating places.
Book a delightful weekend stay at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay and not only discover why it’s one of Singapore’s Best 5-star Hotels and a leading name in hotels near the Singapore River, but also be in the lucky draw for a luxury global stay at an InterContinental property around the world.
