Janu, part of Aman Group, has announced Janu Residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The project marks the brand’s first venture into this waterfront destination. Located 70 km from Dubai, the development sits next to Wynn Al Marjan Island, the region’s first integrated resort.
Jointly developed by Marjan and Wynn Resorts, the project will feature a 132-room hotel and 73 branded residences. Options range from one-bedroom homes to a five-bedroom penthouse.
Designed by SCDA Architects, the residences feature spacious terraces, private swimming pools and floor-to-ceiling windows. Many offer views of the Arabian Gulf. Five Marina Villas on the eastern shoreline enjoy sunrise views, while selected residences feature double-height living spaces.
Residents will have access to a 265-metre private beach and the superyacht Wynn Marina. Facilities include a 2,496-square-metre spa and wellness centre, a fitness centre, cryotherapy facilities, a padel court and a 30-metre swimming pool.
The development will also offer six dining venues. These include Hu Jing, the property's signature Chinese restaurant.
Construction of Janu Al Marjan Island began in July 2026. The project supports Marjan and Wynn Resorts’ ambition to position Ras Al Khaimah as a leading luxury destination.
The announcement follows Janu’s debut in Dubai and the success of Janu Tokyo, which earned recognition in The World’s 50 Best Hotels. The brand is also expanding internationally, with upcoming projects in Turks and Caicos, Montenegro and Saudi Arabia.
