– Minimum 3- 5 years- experience in Sales leisure.
- Knowledge of hotel, property management business
- Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
- Proficiency in English communication and computer literate.
- Understand hotels market positioning for tour & travel market segments.
- Effective sales communication skills and personal performance.
- Solicit new accounts, maintain and/or increase business of existing accounts.
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
- Use problem solving methodology fir decision making and follow-up.
- Strong overall sales skills.
- Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel.
- Generate room revenue in wholesale & group leisure segment, creating hotel reputation with good service and product and assisting to provide sales action plan & strategies.
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seals contract.
- Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details.
- Identify new potential accounts.
- Coordinates with concern department to ensure good services provide to customers and monitor the pull-through and sustainment of sales strategies and selling solutions.
- Assisting DOSM in preparation of the market analysis, sales goals, marketing plan, special programs and other special reports for hotel management.
