Responsibilities

• To support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
• Oversee and being responsible for The Bamboo Bar & Lobby Lounge operations and related areas Lobby Kiosk and Cigar Terrace. 
• To ensure that relevant grooming standards are followed, both personally and by the team, reflecting a professional image for our guests. 
• To ensure that guest satisfaction is monitored and where appropriate, rectified throughout their meal experience.
• To ensure guest needs and guest expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service.
• To ensure that employees provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests at all times.
• To promote the identity of the outlet, building relations and a sense of personalized service towards guests.
• To attend meetings and briefings as directed by F&B Management and Hotel Management.
• To submit all necessary reports to F&B Management.

Requirements

• Thai Nationality
• Relevant experiences in residences or hotels.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and team player.
