– Responsible for group reporting and local reporting for the business

– Coordinate and direct company financial planning and budget management function
– Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
– Responsible for the preparation of financial reports of actual revenues, transfers and expenses
– Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
– Ensure compliance with local, state and federal budgetary reporting requirements
– Serve as primary legislative liaison relating to company financial issues
– Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements
– Provide a professional, advisory and executive support to meet strategic goals of establishment

– Dash boarding to publish reports/results at a regular frequency

– Provide overall support to business teams based out of Thailand

– Review Monthly AR aging report and ensure AR collection has been performed  in timely manner.

– Perform verification on Payment Voucher / Voucher Acceptance before Payment

processing among others to see the completeness and validity of supporting  documents, completeness authorization and in accordance with the applicable  provisions and regulations in the company.

– Set a Weekly and Monthly payment schedule to manage the vouchers which will  be processed for payment.

– Coordinate with third parties; government authorities, external auditors and internal auditors.

– Liases with HR to anticipate future talent needs based on  business growth plan.

– Ensuring accurate and timely compliance with all fiscal and statutory reporting   requirements for business  units and country level reporting including ITC accounting policies.

Education Level

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting with minimum 10 years of progressively experience in similar position in the mid- managerial level
• Strong experience in financial analysis and finance operation
• Advance Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Have the ability to create reports as needed management
• Ability to communicate and perform good interpersonal relationship.
