Finance manager – Required to work for this lovely niche tour operator based close to Haywards Heath. They are looking for an experienced accounts person who must have a travel industry background. They will pay up to £30,000 plus benefits with an immediate start.

Accounts/Finance managers duties
-Manage payment schedules to supplier and bank reconciliations
-Take client payments and allocate transactions
-Manage 5 current accounts and 4 credit card accounts
-Be responsible for payroll and VAT reporting
-Run pre-payments and accrual costs reports
-Help prepare monthly and annual accounts
-Assist with sales analysis to determine the performance of the sales team
-Undertake general office duties

Accounts/Finance managers skills required
-Accounts experience in travel is essential, please dont apply if you dont have travel industry experience
-Have extensive Quickbooks experience
-Be self motivated, accurate, organised, a team player and an effective communicator
-Have an understanding of all accounts duties
-Be familiar with currency transactions
