A French Speaking Project Manager is needed for a young, forward thinking Destination Management Company in Edinburgh!

We are looking for an experienced French speaking Travel Expert or Project and Events Manager to look after a portfolio of French and English-speaking clients. The successful candidate would develop and nurture relationships with small and medium corporations and manage their corporate events, meetings, conferences and incentives experience. French Speaking MICE Project Manager responsibilities:

• Manage the full booking cycle from taking the initial inquiry to execution, including building the itinerary, sourcing suppliers and negotiating best deals, occasionally escorting customers on trips as well;
• Source suppliers, lead supplier inspections, build meaningful relationships with local partners;

As a French Speaking MICE Travel Coordinator, you will:

• Be able to write, read and speak in French AND English Fluently;
• Have previous experience working for an Inbound travel company or a destination management company, ideally focusing on the corporate travel clients;
• Have great attention to detail, will be a proficient Microsoft Package user, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Be passionate about inbound tourism, be well travelled across UK and most of all – Scotland!
