Job Description

Senior Travel PA/ VIP Administrator needed for a Luxury Travel company in Cheshire, with strong administration and customer service skills from the Travel industry to work in a fast paced Travel environment, offering a concierge service to VIP clientele; paying a highly competitive basic salary + company benefits and bonus;

This unique Travel Support role would be ideal for someone who is currently working in a Sales Support role doing administration within the travel industry, or someone who has worked as an administrator, Admin Manager, operations executive or in Administration support and ideally has worked doing these roles for a tour operator, retail travel company or as an overseas administrator to a senior level.

In this Travel PA/ VIP Travel Administrator role you will:
– Provide administrative support to the Senior Travel Reservations Manager;
– Manage of all tickets and holiday documentation; including complex tailormade itineraries;
-Liaise with suppliers and make sure all requests are met and delivered;
– Actively listen to the clients and proactively assist them, ensuring their specific travel needs are met;
– Deal with queries relating to Travel bookings, up selling various travel products and ancillaries to maximise the client experience;
– Effectively manage incoming and outgoing mail;
– Nurture and develop the admin team to its fullest potential

The successful senior Travel administrator will have:
Experience in the travel industry from an office, call centre or Travel agency or overseas based role, Ideally some understanding of Travel GDS systems (either Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre)
– Great attention to detail, excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
– Strong communication skills and customer services skills;
– The ability to deal with problem solving and escalated queries;
