GCS Recruitment are searching for a German Speaking Renewals Sales Representative to work with one of the leading, international software companies in Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting renewals of customer licenses before expiration date, whilst ensuring high retention rates
• Identifying risks to client success and proactively engaging the customer when faced with an identified retention issue
• Meeting measurable goals and sales quotas set on a quarterly basis
• Monitoring renewal pipeline reports and submitting weekly forecasts
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with existing partners and end-customers
• Ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investment product
• Building quotes and negotiating pricing
• Driving resolution of escalated account issues in coordination with Accounts, Technical Support, and other departments
• Any other administrative and sales duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience of selling into SMB and Enterprise markets
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a sales role, as well as B2B
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Fluency in the English and German language – additional languages are considered a plus
• Proficient knowledge of networks, infrastructure and virtualization is an asset
• Excellent time management with ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to negotiate with excellent persuasive skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM web-based tool is considered an asset
