- Handle the check-in of guests including the processing of their reservations and rooming at the unit level.
- Handle all guest requests during their stay including concierge duties.
- Handle all front desk cashiering duties.
- Handle all leasing activities including conducting of site inspections and the closure of sales deals as required.
- Manages the daily club floor / gymnasium / play room operations.
- Support Sales & Marketing by providing relevant information including customer feedback and sales leads.
- Assists in the set up and operations or meetings rooms in the absence of the Events Team.
- Manages individual portfolio assigned to maximise guest satisfaction.
- Night Audit Coverage.
- Assists the Food & Beverage department when required.
- Organise and implement guest programs / plans and anticipate and meet guests’ needs and interest.
