Head of Product – Start Up Tour Operator – London. An excellent and rare opportunity to join a well-backed business to launch a brand new worldwide, luxury tour operator.

Head of Product Responsibilities

As one of the original team members in this new venture, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the product road map, determining the best route to market (DMC’s, Consortia, direct Contracting), creating a new and exciting range of leisure travel products suited to the luxury market and working with the Head of Marketing to get these ready for launch later in the year. You will also work closely with the marketing and trade events to launch the products to market, then continually monitor and adapt to meet customer requirements.

Head of Product Skills Required

• A successful track record of creating and launching travel products to market
• Experience in the luxury travel sector
• Experience working in a start-up would be an advantage
• Excellent negotiator and commercial skill set
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and self-starter who can adapt well and manage multiple task in a fast pace environment

Head of Product working arrangements

As this is a brand new role with a brand new start-up, salary is negotiable depending on experience.

The head office is based in Central London but there will be flexible for a hybrid approach of home/office working.

Despite the start up nature of this venture, it is well-backed with an investment company which offers greater security and stability than your regular start-up.
