Supervise team of reservation officers handling bookings via online B2B system, Travel, advice, making and confirming reservations for international and domestic hotel Accommodation, package tours, flights and other land arrangements
Guide the reservation teams to confirm bookings with agents, hotels, suppliers, and tour Operators.
Directly deal and negotiate with Hotels and suppliers to get last moment allotments, Room allocations, cancellations and other client requests as per bookings
Handle problem cases and efficiently solving them to the best for agents and company
Familiarize and make friends with hotels and suppliers
Constantly motivating the Reservation team to hit efficiency targets and work toward increasing company profitability
System monitoring, ensure smooth daily operation
Minimize discrepancies on system and liaise with contracting team on hotel rates contract.
Monitor daily booking the confirmation, cancellations to analyze and optimize the processes to avoid losses.
Be able to supervise and train staff
Handle phone calls for emergency basis
Other duties as required by management
1-2 years of experience in hotel / travel/ tourism is required
Good command of written and spoken English language
Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team
