Luxury Travel Concierge Consultant : This award-winning Luxury Tour Operator based in South Manchester are recruiting for a Luxury Travel Concierge Consultant to join their team. This role will be responsible for adding those special services and touches to luxury holidays such as private dining ,spa reservations , organising VIP transfers and private lessons incorporating hobbies and special interests. This is truly a service-based role where every detail is covered and planned for the clients and will involve liaising with suppliers and direct with customers and trade partners. This role will be working Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm and will be initially office based in South Manchester but can offer a hybrid option in the future . This role offers a salary up to £28k , along with 23 days holiday plus BH , discounted travel and the opportunity to go on exceptional luxury FAM trips.

Luxury Travel Concierge Consultant Responsibilities :
.Assisting high profile clients with concierge products from private dining , spa requests to private tours and transfers across the globe.
.Impress clients with the level of attention to detail and the finishing touches to a memorable luxury trip
.Build relationships with internal departments and suppliers, using your wealth of knowledge and experience of the services and products available across different locations.
.Proactively delivery exciting and new opportunities to offer clients to make their holidays unique and memorable.
.Complete work to a high standard and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales and a high level of attention to detail.

Luxury Travel Concierge Consultant skills required :
. Previous experience working in travel demonstrating service excellence in the luxury sector from either a Travel Agency (luxury preferred) or Tour Operator
. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, trade partners and suppliers offering a premium service.
.Confident working to strict deadlines and managing a busy workload.
.Proficient in Microsoft packages
