Luxury Travel Customer Service Consultant : This award-winning Luxury Tour Operator are recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant to join their team. This role will be responsible for any after sales amendments and changes, whilst making sure all documentation is completed to a high level. As a Customer Service Consultant, you communicate across different departments within the business and build relationships with clients and suppliers, offering a high level of service. This role will be working Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm and will be initially office based but could be hybrid in the future . This role offers a salary up to £24k , along with 23 days holiday plus BH , discounted travel and the opportunity to go on exceptional luxury FAM trips.

Luxury Travel Customer Service Consultant Responsibilities :
.Assisting high profile clients with changes and amendments to existing booking including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers.
.Sending detailed confirmations to clients and ensuring this is error free.
.Build relationships with internal departments ,suppliers and clients
.Deliver an excellent level of customer service .

Luxury Travel Customer Service Consultant skills required :
. Previous experience working in travel either within Tour Operations or Travel agency.
. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, trade partners and suppliers offering a premium service.
.Excellent attention to details and confident working to strict deadlines
.Proficient in Microsoft packages
