Smiling Albino is a growing international adventure travel company based in Bangkok (http://www.smilingalbino.com). We service an upper-end market clientele from North America and Europe, and host adventures in SE Asia and Nepal.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a responsible, energetic Reservation Officer who will handle trip proposals, trips costing and bookings for our overseas customers.

Responsibilities:

• Cost and Book Trips for Customers in English language
• Communicate clearly with suppliers and staff, both Thai and International
• Coordinate hotel, air, transport, guide and trip bookings

Qualifications:

• 1 year successful sales experience with a travel agency or tour operator is a plus
• Thai national
• College or University graduate preferred
• Female or male
• 23+ years of age
• Good English skills, speaking, reading, writing & understanding
• An independent thinker and problem solver
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Have a big smile, great attitude and a ‘can do’ spirit

Salary:

Salary: Negotiable; depending on experience.
