What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Group Sales Manager. Candidates should have at least 5-10 years successful experience in travel consulting, preferably with an existing luxury travel company.
How do you succeed as our Group Sales Manager?
Develop the Sales Team Leaders by coaching and mentoring
Take ownership/set group sales, targets and goals
Manage and oversee the performance of the Sales Team Leaders by tracking their goals and targets
Ensure the engagement by using high quality communication skills
Analyze sales performance in term of critical success factors
Continually review strategic company sales/performance
To succeed you need to have:
Senior management experience
Understand ideal customer and how they relate to our products
Experience of sales in the travel industry
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Dedication to providing great customer service
High level of fluency in spoken & written English
