Salary Basic salary + Commission Overview Field sales role, target driven, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business. Selling full Business Travel Management service to prospective corporate clients. Travel background a help but not essential. Purpose of Role Identify prospective clients and win new accounts via cold calling and appointments. Account manage and maximise spend of on-going accounts by monitoring and upselling. Core Skills Required Professional target driven approach High level of spoken & written English Ability to research and identify leads Good telephone manner Proficient cold calling Detailed meeting preparation and follow-up On-going account management to maximise sales Role includes Contact potential corporate clients to gain appointments Thorough knowledge of service portfolio Competitor awareness Prepare carefully targeted cold call lists Prepare and conduct prospective client meetings with presentations as required Submit proposals, achieve closure and sign new business Plan and manage time effectively to achieve targets Communicate all relevant information regularly and clearly to the whole team Maintain client database Submit weekly and monthly work returns Assist with sales office administration as required
