| Determine and recommend prospective customers by analyzing market information, participating in conducting customer interviews and preparing customer action plans.
Solicit group, individual, banquet and other function business Quote and negotiate prices with customer representatives and preparing sales contracts Coordinate and follow-up with events on the resort with other departments to ensure delivery of exceptional guest service. Prepare reports required by Six Senses Resorts & Spas and as directed, compile and input market intelligence information. As directed, participate in trade shows, conventions and other promotional events, within the resort, the industry and customer organizations. Host Famtrips, media and other relevant personnel who visit the resort Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to management for the general improvement of Sales strategies of the resort |
