Sales Technology Manager, Travel Industry, £50-60k + bonus, Home Based. This is a newly created role working for a specialist travel company that are looking to transform and make significant improvements to their sales tooling and tech stack to deliver best in class insights and reporting whilst ensuring they are easy to do business with.

Sales Technology Manager Responsibilities

• Review existing sales tooling and tech stack along with the commercial processes to create a roapmap of improvements and enhancements to ensure the sales team have the right tools and insight to do their jobs and are easy to work with.
• Implement data visualisation and processes to utilise the CRM too to produce actionable MI, customer feedback and insight.
• Own the development of commercial reporting and work with data & insights team to define the data infrastructure.
• Leverage the CRM tool to enable effective forecasting, pipeline management and contract renewals.
• Aim to achieve operational excellence for the commercial team by offering best in class tools for the business and agency partners
• Drive organisational change across the business through key stakeholders.

Sales Technology Manager Skills Required

• At least 5 years experience working with technology in the travel or hospitality sectors
• Proficiency in CRM use and data visualisation
• Experience in the distribution of travel/hospitality products to trade partners
• Project management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Degree educated in technology or business related subject

Sales Technology Manager Additional Details

• A basic salary in the region of £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
• Company bonus
• 25 days holiday
• Fully remote with occasional travel to visit stakeholders both in the south east of England and internationally
