Major responsibilities: 

• To make daily sales calls in line with specific targets established by the DOSM to local corporate offices with a view of increasing business from existing accounts and developing business from new accounts.
• To develop maximum opportunities to generate sales volume with a view of exceeding Budget expectations for room, all F&B related sales and hotel recreational facilities to the local corporate market.
• To make Account Management: Local Corporate Accounts in pre-defined areas of Bangkok and RFP process for overseas accounts with guidance from Director of Commercial Strategy and Director of Sales and Partnership Marketing.
• To analyze and evaluate Account production and implement sales action plans with the guidance of the Director of Commercial Strategy and Director of Sales and Partnership Marketing.
• To establish close relationships with local secretaries, hotel bookers and group organizers with a view of increasing business and exposure for the hotel.

Qualifications and Requirements:-

• Thai nationality.
• Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or relevant.
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience in Sales & Marketing Department.
• Proficiency in English and in Computer skills.
• Possess good leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
