Travel Customer Services Assistants– Required for this well known travel company based in North Essex. They are looking for 3 customer service assistant ideally from the travel industry be it in customer services or reservations/Retail or from a call centre out of the travel industry. They will pay up to £23,000 plus benefits. 1 in 2 Saturdays with a day off during the week.
Customer service assistants duties -Resolve clients queries both pre and post travel by email and over the phone -All client booking details are kept both up to date and accurately. -Maintain and update all company systems used with the actions/communications made with customer or agent -Work as part of the wider Client Services Team to achieve departmental objectives and targets, service levels agreements and company best practice, including call response rates / ticket issue rates -Continual self-development focusing on expanding your knowledge of the travel industry including related travel law.
Customer service assistants skills required -Travel industry experience would be preferred either in customer services or sales be it over the phone or face to face -Clear and professional telephone manner -Strong problem solving skills
