This October, Parisian gastronomic legend La Tour d’Argent takes over the kitchens of Le Beaulieu at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.
This collaboration, spearheaded by La Tour d’Argent owner André Terrail, is the first of its kind in the hotel’s history and aims to transport the art of French hospitality and culinary sophistication to the vibrant heart of Hanoi.
From 23 to 27 October, renowned chefs Charles Degrendele and Yannick Franques present a dining experience celebrating the finest aspects of French gastronomy.
Guests attending the five-day event are bound to enjoy meticulously crafted five-course lunches and eight-course dinners, featuring signature dishes such as the Caneton Frédéric Delair created as an homage to silver screen legend Charlie Chaplin’s honeymoon at the hotel.
